The Livens family have been building in Suffolk since 1969 and Livens Property Care since 1989.

We employ a skilled workforce consisting of our own fully trained CITB Registered, CSCS card holding tradesmen, together with long term self employed craftsmen and specialist sub-contractors.

Every contract is overseen by Managing Director, Mark Livens, ensuring a continuity from either initial budget discussion or tender, through the construction process the final completion and handover. This has resulted in establishing long term relationships with clients and obtaining contracts based upon the quality of our work and an honest open book policy regarding costs. Our range of skills and experience enables us to competitively carry out works to both new and historic buildings utilising appropriate materials and techniques. From modern extensions and alterations to sympathetic rebuilding and restoration of historic buildings. We also undertake work for the local authority and carry out disabled adaptions.

We were delighted to have been awarded The Anglian Business - Small Business of the Year 2003, Investors in People status in 2004 and the Suffolk Architects Association - Craftmanship Award in 2005.
